APARTMENT RENTAL RATES 2008

Rental rates are subject to change without notice, but will always be honored at the rate prevailing when the reservation deposit is received, unless noted otherwise. Rentals of more than one week but less than a complete subsequent week are pro-rated at the weekly rate. Rentals of less than a week (minimum 3 days), when available, are charged at the daily rate below. All prices are in US dollars, but we are happy to accept British pounds or euros at the equivalent rate.

71 Park Mansions

• Weekly: US $1650 or GBP £825
• Daily (periods less than a week): US $300 or GBP £150
• Additional Guest: US $150/week or GBP £75

30 Park Mansions

• Weekly: US $2450 or GBP £1225
• Daily (periods less than a week): US $400 or GBP £200
• Additional Guest: US $150/week or GBP £75

Rentals may start and end on any day of the week; however, rentals of less than 7 days will usually not be accepted unless immediately preceding or following a longer rental. If an apartment is rented at the daily rate, additional guests are $50.00/night or $150.00/week, whichever is less; not more than two additional in each apartment.

Deposit: A $250.00 deposit is required with reservation; no reservation will be held as firm until deposit is received. This deposit is payable in addition to rental fees, and will be refunded, less any telephone or damage charges, after the conclusion of the visit. Full rental is due SIXTY days in advance, and reservation is subject to cancellation if payment is not received when due.

Cancellations: In the event of cancellation deposit is non-refundable. Full rental is due SIXTY days in advance. Full refund of rental fees will be made with sixty or more days notice, but will be refunded in whole or in part, at less than sixty days notice, only if the premises can be re-rented. We recommend standard travel insurance.
